    Job Responsibilities
    1. Responsible for customer communication, order follow-up, shipping arrangements, etc
    2. Understand customer needs, seek sales opportunities, expand and maintain relationships with existing customers
    3. Responsible for preparing for various exhibitions of the company abroad
    4. Strong service awareness, maintaining existing customers well

    Job Requirements
    1. No gender restrictions; Bachelor's degree or above; CET-6 or above
    2. Excellent fresh graduates or those with relevant work experience are welcome
    3. Experience in exporting clothing accessories is preferred
    4. Having good communication and problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience to pressure
    5. Having good professional ethics, being proactive, having a pioneering spirit, and having a team spirit

    Work content
    1. Develop annual and monthly production plans based on product demand planning;
    2. Issue production instructions, track and guide, and adjust production plans in a timely manner according to changes in demand plans;
    3. Accept orders, make production arrangements, and track and guide them;
    4. Arrangement and scheduling of emergency orders;
    5. Coordinate the production capacity of each workshop to ensure balanced production;
    6. Analyze and report the execution results of production plans, continuously improve the rationality and accuracy of production plans;
    7. Complete other tasks assigned by production.
